Founder

We live in a time of unprecedented challenges and opportunities, and each of us is invited to participate as a conscious co-creator of our future. My mission is to help build a more beautiful world rooted in wisdom and compassion.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University, my passion for experiencing diverse world-views and cultural immersions led me to teach English in Spain, practice kickboxing in Thailand, and study Buddhism in Nepal. My travels convinced me that we are all on a journey of becoming who we are meant to be, individually and collectively.

Upon returning home, I decided to commit my life to studying and practicing an interdisciplinary approach to cultivating the highest possibilities of human potential.  I became certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor, and completed one year of professional training as an Integral Spiritual Mentor.

In 2021 I co-founded Integral Alignment as a platform to host thought-leaders and spiritual teachers from around the world to share their wisdom with a community of practice dedicated to pioneering the next stage of human development. I also founded and facilitated the NYC chapter of WePractice, a private group of practitioners exploring collective intelligence and interpersonal relationships as a vehicle for healing and awakening.

My interest in social innovation and organizational development led me to a role at 1change, a boutique consulting firm delivering holistic leadership development programs to high-performing senior executives and key talents in global corporations. In 2020 I received my certification as a Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Meta-Coach.

Now, as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, I serve as a guide on an integrative path to deeper meaning and purpose, presence and passion, freedom and wholeness. I am also the co-founder of Emerging Leaders Project, a leadership incubator and community of practice that stand at the intersection of personal development, beloved community, and social change.

I find joy in stillness and movement, drumming and dancing, traveling and nature, mixed martial arts, and the utterly transformative journey of being a father.

I was born and raised in New York City, and I currently live in Portland, Maine.
